Hayat Kimya is one of Türkiye's largest FMCG manufacturers in hygiene and home care, running production and distribution operations in Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. Each country's own tax and reporting regulation has to be managed together with high-volume production and distribution processes.
Conforcus led the S/4HANA rollout work for Hayat Kimya's operations in these countries. The global template was preserved across FI, CO, MM and SD while IFRS-compliant localization solutions were developed for each country; multi-currency and local reporting requirements were met without leaving the template. SAP AMS support continues after the rollout.
