Koç Sistem is one of Türkiye's leading IT companies, managing a structure of seven companies within the Koç Group ecosystem. In a project-based services company, end-to-end integration of project accounting and finance is essential.
Conforcus delivered the greenfield S/4HANA transformation covering seven companies for Koç Sistem with end-to-end project management. Next-generation best-practice processes were built in FI, CO and PS; project costs, progress billing and revenue recognition were brought into one flow. SAP AMS support continues after go-live.
This reference within the Koç Group ecosystem demonstrates Conforcus' reliability in large holding structures and FI–CO–PS integration in the services sector.
