Altay Otomotiv is a manufacturer in the automotive supply industry. The typical requirements of a tier supplier — production planning, product costing and tight supply chain tracking — were to be managed in one integrated system.
Conforcus delivered Altay Otomotiv's S/4HANA transformation; the system went live on 1 January 2025. Production costing (PP-CO), supply chain (MM) and sales (SD) processes were built integrated with FI and CO. SAP AMS support continues after go-live.
The project is Conforcus' manufacturing expertise applied to the automotive supply industry: a structure where cost is traceable from the production order to the financial statements.
