Arçelik is one of the world's leading manufacturers of home appliances and consumer electronics, with production and sales operations spread across dozens of countries. In such a structure SAP has to run on the same process template in every country, not just at headquarters.
Conforcus led S/4HANA rollout work for Arçelik's operations in Thailand, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Dubai: production and retail processes were standardised on the global template and local requirements were added without breaking it. The partnership within the Arçelik ecosystem continues through three separate relationships: rollout at Arçelik Global, SAP AMS support at Arçelik Hitachi and inflation accounting at Arçelik Pazarlama.
This is Conforcus' most geographically extensive rollout reference, and it shows how global template discipline — the same process working the same way in Bangkok and in Dhaka — is built in the field.
