Borusan Birleşik Boru is a multi-country steel pipe manufacturer producing and selling in Türkiye, the USA, Germany, Italy and Romania. The financial processes of a group working under five sets of regulation, currencies and banking structures had to be brought into one system.
Conforcus delivered the greenfield S/4HANA implementation and the subsequent rollout to five countries. The scope covered FI and CO as well as PS, cash management (CM), treasury management (TRM) and advanced financial processes; a dedicated reporting structure was built for C-level visibility. Multi-country treasury and cash management made this one of our technically most demanding rollouts.
